Warranty:

Unless otherwise specifically stated, all manufacturer’s warranties are for a period of 24 months.

The music boxes can be taken to a manufacturer’s approved dealer for any necessary repairs.

N/B This can only take place within the warranty period.

We also accept music boxes returned to us for repair during the warranty period and repair or arrange to repair all defects at no cost to the customer.

N/B Defects will only be repaired under the following conditions:

• Defects have to have occurred within the warranty period, and
  
• We have to have been made aware of this defect immediately, in writing.
  
• The defect was not caused by any negligence by the customer, incorrect treatment or inadequate maintenance.
