The design of the music box, like its narre, evokes the Italian Renaissance. More specifically, the arabesques and architectural details are inspired by the Venetian Renaissance style.
The music box, whose interior architecture optimises acoustical performance, plays 15 tunes by Renaissance composera (French, Italian, British and Flemish.
